What's causing this?

My girl has a bare spot on her bottom. I've noticed it a few weeks ago. Could this be mites? I see some small feathers growing back. She has a full, healthy coat except in her bottom area.

It's possible she gets bullied but it's in a very weird spot where she is getting pecked. It's underneath where she lays eggs.
