What's for Breakfast?

Blender broke .Much loved smoothies will have to give way to coffee. I have a hard time eating solids in the AM.

Do you make the German Pancakes like Blintzes? If so, that is my favorite pancake.

It is similar in a way since it is has a high egg concentration, but it is just one huge pancake. I make it in a cast iron pan, but I have seen folks make it in a glass loaf pan, too. I use the recipe from joy of cooking, but I usually replace the corn starch with regular flour. We all like that texture better.

Now I want to make blintzes tomorrow. I love this thread!

I used to make them regularly, but haven't made them in a while. We use flour also. LOL.
Now I want blintzes too. I used to fill mine with a recipe of cream cheese and cottage cheese.
