So glad you like the Sticky Chicken, Katy! Now I feel I have thanked you for all the great advice and recipes I have received from you.

You can do as many chickens as your oven will hold - all baked at the same time - if you want to freeze the cooked chicken for the future. As for me......just send me any of the crispy skin you don't want.
 
Nope! I'm pretty happy with it just the way it is. But you could probably play around with them if you prefer another flavor profile. I usually don't use up all the rub on a little chicky for me and I keep the extra in an airtight container for the next time.
 
lol I thought peepless was the name of the dish.

I have a recipe for a chicken dish....it is called far east chicken. I have not tried making it maybe I should. I got it from someone that I knew and they made it....it was really good.
