what's going down next door?

I have called and called and called! CPS is crappy here picks on people who don't need help but thoses who do.., the lady claims the guy is an :uncle: Last time he was arrested they stormed the house and he was hiding under the kids bed! I think the grandma takes them so she can work but geeze, I feel so bad sometimes cus I sometimes think doing something to make the house unliveable would be worth it in the end!

The co-op is a co-op I used to live in, but i own my house now and have for 8 years. I think I might call them.

It sounds like all you need is patience and a good electric fence. They'll get themselves jailed in no time. However it wouldn't hurt to make friends with the officers in charge of patrolling your area. Share your concerns and ask their advice on what to watch out for.
Around here officers take the same patrols, it allows them to become very familiar with the people (good and bad) in their patrol area.

I do understand your pain. My property is located directly in front of a trailer park. Anything I had of value has been stolen in the last 10 years. And while I do understand that desperate people do desperate things It gets very difficult to remember that when it's your things that are being taken.

When I first sarted calling after the break in the police knew him! they refused to finger print anything in my house so they didn't do anything, even my wedding rings were stolen.

Yeah, its only a matter of time, I doubt you have to do anything, they will provide enough rope to hang themselves.

That you called CPS is a good idea though.
I feel your pain, CPS isnt the greatest here either.

When they take out there dogs you can hear dog whine, barks and then screaming really loudly swear words and all at his dog, louder then in a shouting match, geeze they are just puppies! I did call spca but they didn't care that they had so many dogs apparently we have a 3 dog per person law not per house, as I type one dog ran up my ramp and my rabbits just thumped hard! can't wait untill spring when I can get a privacy fence put up. Is it lawful to record his yelling? So I can get the by law people after them?

No cops yet, lets see if they send cars tonight. Stupid cops never seem to catch him!

I have heard elsewhere that contacting the person's landlord, mortgage holder and/or/especially the insurer for the property and giving details about this sort of thing has an effect. We have the out of town landlord for the rental house next door on speed dial. At his request.
