What's going on here?

I've cleaned his eye and it keeps coming back. Now it's in his nostril. Could it be a sinus infection? What can I do for him? Please and thank you everyone.

With the masses in his nostrils, treatment won't clear them. After he gets a bit better with antibiotics, you might be able to extract them, they are hard masses of mucus/discharge/puss.
