What's going on with my BAs tail?

Do BAs at 9 weeks typically have shorter, rounded tails? My five other breeds have much longer tails, but I'm new to this so I'm not sure if that's just how BAs develop.

Do they take longer to grow than other breeds? I have six different breeds, she's the only one with a tail that looks like this.

Individual chickens mature at different rates. I don’t know if this is breed-specific.
