What's going on with this duck foot?

My duck was limping a week ago. I checked her foot and saw a brown scab on its middle toe, so I cut it off and cleaned it, sprayed with peroxide, and covered with Neosporin and bandaging. I repeated everything but the cutting for three days, then went to every other day for the past few times (using Veterycin now).

The duck is walking better now, but the foot is starting to look worse. I noticed swelling on one side on the second day (pic without the brown scab in top corner). It was there from the start, but it looked like normal skin at first. It started peeling with the bandaging.

Now, not only does the new spot look bad, but there's a dark brown spot forming on the other side. Should I just keep cleaning and bandaging (maybe daily instead), or do I have to start cutting something?

I've only owned poultry for a year. First time dealing with this stuff. Thank you.

That’s bumble foot
@Miss Lydia is good at helping
Epson bath for 10_15 mins to soften that scab
May take a few days if this then once you pull the scab off you can push the kernel out
I also use drawing salve to pull the infection out as well before the scab comes loose
By not getting the kernel out and only fitting the top off the infection may have spread ( usually a staph infection ) wear gloves to protect yourself as well

That is def bumble foot. Keep up with soaks and drawing ointment. You may have to keep up the soaks and ointment until you can press out the infection but it can take a while. I'd wrap too to keep out any nasty bacteria.
Thank you. I will try that. Do you think there are three spots there that I will need to take infection from? Two? Or is there one spot in particular that is definitely bumblefoot?
