what's going on with this egg?

My first post! I'm pretty excited...

I have this interesting egg that was laid this morning. I wondered if anyone knew what was going on with my hen so that she would lay an egg like this?
(my husband thought it was an old Easter Egg )

Just an extra layer of calcium or bloom. Nothing to worry about and it's still edible. :]
