Provide more protein, and give them some BOSS (black oil sunflower seed). It won't necessarily make it go faster, but it will support feather growth during this stressful time for them.

Higher protein treats and feeds. If you use Purina feeds then get Flock Raiser and for a treat sunflower seeds.
