"Talk"to your chickens (make a unique sound) so they know who you are, and can identify you. All of my animals know my sounds that i make to them. I can have the entire yard piled up against my legs just by making a tic and a cluck! Someday I'll get someone to record it on video, it's crazy to see.
The other thing you need to do is put yourself in their pecking order, at the top. I stomp my feet hard on the ground and "chase" the offending rooster for 5-10 minutes around the yard. Don't run, just walk, always keeping eye contact, always facing them and moving towards them.

I then did what everyone has said and carried him around I also let him know that i was the boss by walking/stomping he didn't try to attack me after that of course I know it will take more days than just one to handle this. I am going to go out there later and see how it goes.
