Shes doing a very hard sneeze/cough extending her neck and has it open, I thought it was something stuck but i tried olive oil and nothing. I think its gapeworm

Please make a video and post it on YouTube or Vimeo. Then you can post the link here for us to see her behaviour.

I don’t know much about gapeworms, and rather leave diagnosis to experts.
We tried EVERYTHING before this, we gave her antibiotics we got from the vet, disinflammitories, vet rx, de worming pills a friend gave us, injections to her breast, and nothing worked. I feel horrible but we truly tried everything i dont know what to do. We thought it was a nasal thing but there was not much discharge, it always seemed like something in her neck but we never knew about this. I ordered fendebazole its arriving tomorrow but I dont know if she will make it, it stops for 15 minutes then it starts back up.

:hugs Very sorry to hear nothing works and you even went to the vet for nothing else than an empty wallet.

It reminds me of a young cockerel who tries to crow. I think the vet should know if there is an obstruction in her neck.

I dont have a clue, sorry but I would stop to give more medicines if you /the vet isn’t absolutely sure what the problem is.

Have you added any new birds to your flock in the last couple of weeks? She is sneezing and gasping in the video. Has she been able to eat or drink any between her fits of sneezing and gaping? I would give her oil anymore. That could make her aspirate. She may have a severe virus or bacterial respiratory disease or she might have gapeworm. Gapeworm is a rarer worm, and you could take a stool sample to a vet to look for any worm eggs in it. SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer or the horse paste 1/4 ml per pound given for 5 days in a row, can help treat gape and most other worms. Can you see any bubbles or foam in either eye, or swollen eyelid? What injection did you give her? What was the name of the worming medicine? Viruses will not repond to antibiotics, but a bacterial disease or MG can respond to Tylosin or Tiagard in the water. Make sure that she is drinking some fluids.

No I have not added any new chickens to my flock, she was eating in between the fits. Theres no foam or bubbles in the eyes but her face is a bit swollen because shes scratching at it, the thing ive taken her to the bet and they said her lungs sound clear and they gave us antibiotics. I dont remember the names of the worming medicine or I injections because my friend who owns hundreds of chickens said "this will fix it" and simply told me the instructions. I have dewormer paste coming today its fendebazol.

I gave her tiagard in their water a few weeks ago but nothing changed, I tried a direct route in her mouth a few weeks after this dosage since it wasnt working but she just threw it up.
