Whats happening to my 2 week old buff orpington baby chick

I never actually realized birds could throw up.
Well its not actually throw up, it works differently from how we throw up, but food/liquid comes out of their mouth when their crop or something can't digest the food, so it's essentially throw up.

They should be eating chick feed. Egg yolk is not a complete diet. I would look around and try to get some immediately.

Has it had access to grit?
Is it just the one chick?
Can you get some photos?
It has not had access to grit. Would it be good to drop it outside and watch it at all?

Its just one, I assume the confusion come from me accidently spelling "they're" as "their" I'm sorry for the confusion and grammar error.

Here are photos, I'm sorry if they're bad:

One chick by itself isn't ideal.
It doesn't look like you have an adequate heat source. That chick needs warmth.

I would not take her outside. I would prefer to bring grit inside to her.

Does her vent look clean?

Okay, I'll put them down in their box with its lamp and put some grit in their too, her vent is a little dirty. After I clean her vent should I dry her off for a bit, or should I just put her in her warm house?

The liquid is yellow from the egg yolk they ate, I may have fed it too much. I'm giving them water by holding a cup of it up to their beaks.

Thinking about it, their dropping have been almost exclusively liquid, but I think that's just because that's all I've been feeding them. They did make large droppings yesterday, but they weren't odd other than the amount they made.

I think the chick is 2 weeks old, I got them form my parents so they'd probably know, but from looking at images of two weak old chicks and them my chick, I think their 2 weeks. I'll update if I'm wrong.

I don't own a brooder. Right now the chick has been in my lap, wrapped in a blanket, with a heating pad over it. I may take it off for a second to see if that will let the chick relive itself at all.

Other details I've noticed is that the chick is sneezing a lot and that it had a very very small amount of past on its behind, but enough that it seemed to be shut, I cleaned it and now it seems to be a tiny bit better, but still far from itself.

Thank you for the advice, I'll try feeding it chicken starter with water.
You have only been feeding this poor chick water for 2 weeks?
What!? Just cuts its head off now and end its suffering.

Oh no, oh no.
I could only feed it water these past two days, its eaten a little bit of egg yolk and a little bit of watery food.
