Whats happening to my 2 week old buff orpington baby chick

@Wyorp Rock, any assistance please?

If her vent is clean enough, I would leave it while she seems so weak. If her vent is blocked or causing a problem, I would gently clean it.
I have its house set up, I jump the gun too quick and washed its bum of all the little pasty. I have it in my lap still under the heating pad, its bum is almost dry. Is there anything else I should do once I put it in it house, or should I just watch it and make sure it has everything it needs.

All I can say is make sure it has grit, chicks need grit if they are eating anything other than chick food.

Thank you all for the help, if anybody has anything else to ask or say it would be appreciated, the chick is doing a lot better than she was earlier when I first wrote this so its all helped.

I'll update if anything notable happens.
Yay! glad things are looking up! I had a chick who was struggling and wouldn't eat everyday I would cuddle her and feed her plain yogurt and egg mixed in with her food to try and get her to eat. After weeks and weeks and her looking a day old at two months, she decided to start eating. It was a magical moment. She went outside and we got her a frizzle friend so they could be reintroduced together. They were best buds! A few weeks back she injured her leg, and it ended up being fatal. I miss her so much. As she was growing nature was throwing every possible challenge at her, failure to thrive, owl attack while letting her play outside, mites, she also had something which I am not sure what it was because I knew nothing about chickens (it may have been coccidiosis but no one else had symptoms) in the end it was her falling off the perch and damaging her hip/leg that got her, the vet said she couldn't recover so we had to put her down. I wish I had let her go earlier, it would have saved her so much suffering. I miss her. Hope your chick has a better ending!

Oh my god, that's sad. I'm glad your chick started eating 2 weeks later, it gives me hope, even though your story is very heart breaking.

When I discovered 1 of my little hens ,now 3 weeks old has a beak issue, It was because she wasn't thriving. I heated a little milk to room temp and mixed in a little starter chick crumbs and she is doing soo much better....just a thought??

I could try that, I tried to feed her some more food and she seemed upset when I did. So I might try that when she gets hungry again.
