What's happening to my poor hen?

I don't think I have a rooster but those are the othe chickens. This is what her back looks like and I can't figure out what this may be.... help please.

If you have a rooster, when he mates, he stands on the hen's backs. his claws may pull out feathers, but it isn't a bad thing. If you don't have a rooster, they could be pecking each other.

I have same thing showing up on my chickens.

One has spot on breast but i seems to be filling back in now, but now its showed up on back above tail on another and back of neck of yet another. Mites?
