What's Her Problem?

Misty, my year-old Barred Rock hen, seems to be very grumpy or something. This afternoon, she was standing in the corner of her pen, looking quite content, when she suddenly puffed up her feathers until she was about twice her size, then let out an angry screech as if she were in a nest box and someone had disturbed her. But she was in the chicken yard. Alone. It's weird... And now she keeps puffing up her neck feathers and making angry little clucking noises like she's telling the other chickens to go away, even when there's no chickens near her.
Anger issues? Ha ha.
But seriously, what's up with Misty?

I hope so, Sourland! I've been trying to get my hens broody all year, and last year. Only one hen has gone broody, two years ago, and I didn't even know it until she had sat on that next for two weeks! XD And all she ended up hatching was a rooster.
