That was another thought. I have always used pine shavings in their shelter where they sleep for the past 2 weeks there's been hole in the roof from a limb. Small. About 1" but it's been raining just enough so the patch material won't stick. Been trying to replace or cover it with dry shavings in the meantime. Of course 15x15 shelter and they just have to choose to sleep in that 1 spot
Don't know though. They get around. 1/2 to 1 acre available till afternoon then they have 17 acres to roam till sunset. And when I took the pick this morning it was dry.
I thought it had to be long periods of time for that to happen. But I guess not. I figured if it wasn't causing him pain it wasn't too much of a cause for concern but I'd like to check on things I've never seen before
