After being divorced for 21 years I remarried almost five years ago......this year I buy my own Christmas present. I have learned.
So, yesterday I announced that I was going to buy my own gift.....I think DH was really relieved!
I am getting a pair of 'muck' boots, Wellington style rubber boots from Gardener's Supply Company! My mother gets every catalog known to man. I was up there visiting and brought my pile of catalogs home to look at. That is always one of my favorite things to do. Used to do it when I was on my own and it was like shopping except it did not cost me anything because I never ordered....never could afford to.
Girls.....the boots have roosters and hens all over them!!! They are so cute!
So, I ordered them yesterday and told my DH when they come in he has to wrap them!

And, I am pretty much done shopping for me.....unless someone comes up with three LF Cochin hens they want to sell me for Harry the Cochin who is currently living all by himself since the BO roo beat him up.....can you say THIRD coop and run???
