We are planning a spring order from Ideal that will be for 5 farms including ours.
We are going to add a couple of Jaerhorns, Buff Cornish and Cornish X Rocks on our end. The other farms are adding a couple Embden Geese, Belgian D'Anvers, Frizzles, Silkies, Delawares and who knows what else.
If I can succussfully make/ probably end up buying, an Incubator; I want hatching eggs for Ideal .. .

Black Copper Maran hens to go with my Roo
He was the only one that hatched due to a faulty incubator so this time they will be put under my best broody's , BFH (Big Fat Hen).A Black Cochin. And Momma an EE hen
I have an order in with McMurray for the following day old chicks:
Partridge Rock - 2 hens
Speckled Sussex - 4 hens and a roo
Red Star - 2 hens
RIR - 2 hens
Barred Rock - 4 hens and a roo
Light Brahmas - 2 hens and a roo
White Orpington - 2 hens
Delaware - 2 hens
Buff Orpington - 2 hens
Now I want some Marans and Lavendar/Blue Orpingtons..
I am thinking things over, considering the following - some light brown leghorns, partridge rocks, and partridge Marans
I need good egg layers and don't mind if some are more flighty. We have lots of room for them and as long as we have a few tame ones the kids won't mind watching the antics of the flightier birds.
