An ethnic favorite of mine and also known as the wedding soup in our area:

Pig brain soup. I absolutely love it. Can't make it in this country as they don't allow pig brains to be sold. Even if I get one, they are not properly "cleaned" by a butcher.

My MIL makes a huge pot for me whenever I go back to visit her

ETA: My MIL came for a visit once and brought a frozen one in her suitcase! I was so happy!

they sell pig brains where we live right in the grocery store they come in a container like chicken liver and are in the freezer. my dh loves them he said that they taste like bacon

I lived in France for 18 months and Ecuador for 2 years. Even ate the guinea pig. Then 20+ years of Tex-Mex. (mostly I loved the Tex-Mex!)

I no longer eat anything I didn't cook!
