It's fried up, and crunchy. It's a food a lot of people eat but would rather NOT know what is in it...kind of like when everybody slops on my turkey gravy, but doesn't want to know that I cook and grind up the livers when I make it.

I take a raw egg, stir in a dash of soy sauce, then pour it over a bowl of warm rice. Japanese style "egg-sashimi". Delicious!
