Whats something you swear you say but have no proof?

Seeing a chicken walk up a tree (willow tree) vertically at 3 AM. It was a chicken, and it was walking vertically. I still don't believe I actually saw it. To this day im convinced I was imagining it but I saw a shadow and everything, it was real alright. Whats your story?

One time, I saw a spark fly out from under a cooking pot on the stove. I swear it was real, but there is no proof.
