Whats the best chicken/duck feeder??

I use to just use heavy ceramic bowls, but now im starting to get annoyed with my 6 plymouth rocks hens..they will not stop wasting the food..they hit every dish & empty it.

problem is i have ducks , standard size chickens & some tiny modern games.
I need pellets for the big birds & crumbles for the little ones..well the little ones never get anything becuase the big ones scratch it everywhere..and i hate a mess lol

I dont want to separate my birds either.

hanging wouldnt be an option..then the moderns would be able to reach it

a home made one would happen either..im not that kind of crafty lol

i just dont want poop in the food or food wasted everywhere

I'm a real chicken newbie, but a friend of mine got me started and the first thing he did was to give me a feeder just like the one in your second link. He said he's been raising chickens for 20 years and this particular feeder (type) has been the most successful for him. Don't know if that helps you or not, but hope so.
