whats the best kind of culling scissors? super sharp with a sharpener

I have a big batch of eggs to hatch in a few weeks and just in case I need something close by to cull if needed-can anyone tell me what kind they use/where they got and it and how much they run? thank you

At first, I used the kitchen shears that came with our knife block set. When I started processing quail my DH bought me gamebird shears from Cabelas. The gamebird shears are nice because they have a curved notch in the blade that keeps the head from slipping. Works really well for cutting leg joints, too. The gamebird shears were $19.95 regular price, but were on sale 1/2 off when I bought them and I had to pay shipping.
