What's the best litter for a "house" chicken's cage?

Please remember that you can use pine shavings but NEVER use CEDAR. Cedar is toxic to chickens. Just thought I would mention that.

I personally would avoid anything that is in pellet form as they might mistaken it for food and become impacted.
