What's the best small incubator

I would use a silkie hen if I had or could buy any but where I live there is no outside knolage of chicken breeds.
If I had one my self can any one give me a few good sights ? If I built one I want to have the incubator turn the eggs.
I can probily spend $100 on an incubator. Or more if I saveed up a little.

For $100 you can do a hovabator or lg with a turner and possibly a fan. That will hold around 40 standard eggs.
