As each species has a different scientific name, definitely species. lol

Okay, to be fair, I didn't think to check thar. But I was thinking it was probably species if not breed based on their different origins

The definition of species is science is ill-defined. It's entirely possible that these multiple "species" of swan are capable of mixing and producing fertile offspring

I have in my garden next to me both Opuntia Stricta and Opuntia Humifusa. Two different "species" of cactus, yet they're fully capable of hybridization with absolutely zero issues

Wolves and coyotes produce fertile offspring
Bison and cattle
Bottlenose dolphins and False Killer whales
Etc.

There's countless examples of science having zero consistency when it comes to defining a species
