Whats the better heat light for raising chicks?

Like this: Be SURE it has the button to disable the auto off feature. Most heating pads now are engineered so that they automatically shut off after 2 hours of use. There are a couple on the market that do not have this auto off feature. But, if it does have the auto off, be sure there is an option to turn that off. I like this brand b/c it has many heat setting options.

I used a black ceramic heat emitter instead
