What's the difference between a cornish game hen and the cornish-x raised for meat?

It looks like they're both a cross. If I wanted to raise the little cornish game hens (which dress about 1-2 lbs), how do I make sure I'm not getting the full sized bird? Or are they the same and just processed earlier?

I was told that the cornish game hens were the cornish x hens rasied to 4 weeks of age and harvested at that point. So the same bird, but the females processed earlier.

They start the same, the "Cornish game hens" are just processed younger.

I think they recommend that the bird get up to about 2-2 1/2 pounds at slaughter.
