I think our almost-finished coop will be christened "Chicken Central." I have a few NASA guys in my family, so everything tends to lean toward modular names.

I'm still building mine but right now we're referring to it as the chicken fortress. We are going high security! I'm sure it will have another name once the chickens move in

I told my wife I was just going to cobble a coop together out of scraps. I found most of the scraps at Home Depot however.

She named it The Cadillac Coop. Its not really THAT nice, I mean no leather or anything like that.

Ours is painted like a SW adobe orange with a muted purple stripe. It features a string of peppers and has "Casa de Pollo" (House of Chicken) on the side.

We wanted to honor our latino side!

We converted a stable into a chicken pen, and we live in Arizona, so ours is named, 'Hot Wing Stables".
