We're in the process of building "Hensley". Hensley will be a quaint village with a small church, a schoolhouse, a store, and 2 victorian homes. There will be a central meeting area (paver patio for humans)with a fountain and 2 10x10 gardens (one for flowers, the other for veggies). Each coop will have a 10x10 covered yard in back (for the chickens) and a small garden in front with a white picket fence. We're dedicating half an acre to it. Our side yard was devastated by Hurricane Ike last year and we lost a LOT of trees and plants which now opens it up to do something fun.

lol mine is a tractor, so I call it a mobile chicken home... or chicken trailor...

Well I named ours the second build day. I got hit in the head with a roof beam, left a huge knot on my head and a bruse on my sholder. Then last in the week I cut my finger on plywood. So needless to say....our coop is Danger Alley. I also have my screen name that.

Since there was something of a power struggle requiring covert long-range planning, subterfuge, and eventually a bloodless surrender, our coop looking out to the foothills of the front range and Rocky Mt Natl Park and Long's Peak, may be Coup with a View - still working on it!

i havn't built mine yet, but i wanted to do a castle looking house and call it 'Castle Cluck'
