What's the name of your chicken coop? "Chicken" Hilton here

We started out with a crate which we recycled into a coop, now occupied by the silkies...Cozy Coupe
Then we moved on to an A-frame...Mini Cooper
Then a bigger tractor...Coupe de Ville
Now we have a shed...Crew Cab??? Hummer???

The chain link enclosure with all of the coops and shed is referred to as the Egg-spressway...

Can you tell DH is an Auto Shop teacher and mechanic???!!!

We have the "pump room," "the coop," and the "tack room."

Really though it is the place where they lay eggs, the place where they sleep, and the place where the brooders/chicks are, but when they're older, it will be the rooster sleeping quarters.

. . . Perhaps they should actually get names, not labels for what the room used to be used for.

My son and I built our chickens' coop mostly out of pallets. (free from my work and from the nearby company). So we call it
COOP_DE_PALLET

Well mine isn't finished yet either, better get moving..... But I have three choices, 1. The Omlet Hamlet, he he. 2. The Scramble Shack, 3. Cackleberry Manor. Of course I only have one coop but I thought maybe someone with multy coop's might like the Omlet Hamlet, especially if they had pigs too.....
