What's the oddest place you've found an egg?

Was that one of those Indian Fakir chickens?

On top of a basket of laundry I had in the garage. And our Silver Phoenix banty likes to lay hers in an iron camping cookpot, part of a set we have stored in the garage. When she gets upset about something you can hear her muffled voice echoing around the pot.

I used to have a very old Sexlink that layed her eggs in the bottem of a wooded Aquarium Stand.. Also in an old grill that we have since thrown away.. We have found them in between Round bales of hay, in an old litter box I had set out on my back porch a few yrs ago, no I didnt save and eat those eggs, YUK..

I find eggs outside when I muck the coop. The oddest place I've found an egg other than that (circumstances are not normal when I muck) is in a horse stall.

I keep finding guinea hen eggs underneath an overturned wheelbarrow. The only thing I can figure out is that she's laying them in just the right place so that they roll underneath the wheelbarrow as they come out. Otherwise, it's an impossibility.

In the compost bin, in the seat of the riding mower, between the slats of a palate, under the storage trailer in the neighbor's yard, in a potted tomato plant, and under the back steps. Not sure which is oddest. Take your pick!
