What's the rarest breed or variety you have?

So I a second batch of Isabel Orpington eggs and put them in my incubator with some other eggs. The other eggs have viable chicks in them. Isabel eggs nope 12 eggs no chicks. Papa's Poultry is were I got them from. I think they are in California. Must be to far away from Indiana to get viable eggs in the post. Super bummed!

McMurray had their Apa certified Silver Penciled Plymouth Rocks available, I've been waiting 3 years to get some! They arrive on the 13th. (Along with some wyandottes, cause, you know.)

I've wanted Ameraucanas for a long time, but wonder if they're to large for my flock? Would an Ameraucana roo be to big for OEGBs and Pyncheons?
Even though I don't really like beards, I want a fluffy bird that lays nice big blue eggs!

Pretty sure there are bantam versions too if you look hard enough

That would be perfect for me, but I've never been able to find any.

My rarest would have to be my Welbars and Blue Cochin. When I got the Welbars as chicks, they were flighty and didn't want to be held. Something happened when they hit six weeks, and suddenly, they're all snuggles.

I think it would be fine, I have one that will be with my EE’s, Orpingtons, silky and isbar. He is a beautiful bird. Oh and if Barnevelder turn out to be hens they will be house in the same coop and run.

The American Livestock Breeds Conservancy (ABLC) lists some, the Society for the Preservation of Poultry Antiquities (SPPA) doesn't really have a list but is a great organization, there is a British organization who's website has many beautiful rare breeds, but I can't remember the name.
