We ordered 3 girls from Murray McMurray and they are now almost 3 months old. From a week old we could tell who was the cock. They will pink up early sometimes but roosters will grow comb + wattle earlier. 
Those look like my girls.
GLW boys will start to get many darker saddle feathers and the same feathers on their wings. That's how we were able to be for sure about our boy before he has crowed.
