What's the the difference between OEGB and Dutch?

I have some OEGB that I bought at a show and really like them. I have also seen some Dutch bantams and they look the same to me. I know there must be a difference that breeders can see that I can't. Is there a way to tell these two breeds apart just by looking? Thanks!

Dutch bantams have white ear lobes and OEGB have red ear lobes. Also to show them OEGB roos have to be dubbed and Dutch roos dont.
