What's the weirdest thing you've ever put in an omelet?

One of my favorite combos growing up was canned peaches, chopped walnuts, and honey!

Unfortunately I married a guy with a nut allergy, so I can't make these anymore, but they were yumm-o.

Let's see...I have put pepperoni and mozzarella cheese (and pizza sauce), feta cheese and fresh tomato
I have thought about corned beef, especially this time of year there are usually some leftovers

I have put many things into an omelet. I guess the weirdest thing would be hog maw It was amazing

not the weirdest but one of the best is a good scoop of horseradish...I would have thought it disgusting until I had it in a restraunt, and now I put it in every time...I really like an egg sandwich with a nice slice of aged WI cheddar and horseradish sauce!
