At first I thought this BO chick had lost a toe. She was limping if she got up and walked at all. Slowly she's been moving around more and more, but the limp hasn't gone away, and the actual issue is this swollen bump on her foot.

Does this look like maybe a cut got infected to anyone? Can't figure what the injury is or if it will go away/heal completely without some intervention from me.

Do you see anywhere on the foot (top/bottom/side) like a tiny cut, scab, bite, wound?

She's so tiny, but you can try soaking the foot in an slightly warm water with epsom salts added to see if that helps.

Yes I thought the bottom of her foot looked like it had a cut a few days ago when I was trying to figure out the issue. I assumed this was a response to that cut - actually hoping that's all it is. Like I said though, she seems to be getting better each day, but doesn't move much unless really interested in it. The other chicks seem to be growing faster and I'm wondering if her lack of mobility and not getting up to eat/drink as often as her pals might be the culprit.

I'll try Epsom salt. Thanks for the tip!

Yes, if she is not moving at much, she is most likely not eating/drinking well.

You may have to encourage her to drink and eat or take her out several times a day and entice her with some wet chick starter and her own water.

Since you did see a cut, after soaking the foot, dry it well, apply some triple antibiotic ointment and wrap the foot. Check the foot daily. If need be, repeat the soaking and ointment daily as well.

Here's a link that shows how to wrap a foot. It's for bumblefoot, but the concept of wrapping is the same for just about any foot injury:
