That's a really nice looking coop. It looks very well made. I think you're off to a great start.
As others have said, it definitely needs stronger wire that predators won't tear through.
For ventilation, if you extend the roof overhang on top, it would cover vents along the sides, to keep precipitation from blowing in. These would be open all year and can just be openings that are covered by sturdy wire. As an alternative, you could add the ventilation at the peak of the roof, but you'd have to do something to keep precipitation out.
I would also add ventilation or a window that opens on the wall that's covered by the run. That could be open in the summer, when it's hot. Otherwise, I think the coop could get too hot in summer.
I would skip the door chains, make them longer or make them so they're easy to detach. I'd have a harder time reaching into the coop very far, with the doors straight out to the side.
You can usually figure one nest box per 5 chickens, as they share. 12"x18" would be a great size. So, you could reduce your nest box area if you wanted to and give the coop more floor space.
I'd also use a different latch, since raccoons have been known to open those sliding latches.
Good luck and I hope you're very successful!
