whats this on my chicken nostril

hey guys like I have said I am new to raising my chickens. My second chicken I noticed that she was breathing weirdly. I feel like she is having difficulty breathing yet she is very active. She eats, very chatty, dirt baths, and all the things a healthy chicken does. It is always at night when she is breathing weird so I check and it looks like she has something on her nostril yet it looks like it's connected to her comb I don't know. I'm super worried and don't know what to do. Here is a picture take a look guys thank you so much for the help!!

Right but she is not breathing well I think I will just try and clean the area with warm water

Is it hot or dusty in the coop?
Does the coop smell like ammonia?

She doesn't live in a coop she lives with me inside here is the vid make sure to put volume up as its difficult to hear her.

I'm sorry, I don't hear anything alarming.

If she's eating/drinking and active, then I wouldn't worry too much.
