What's this weird spot in my duck egg?

Looks like a meat spot. Basically a piece of the reproductive tract that made its way into the egg. How old are your ducks? Usually they happen with age or stress that affects their laying.

They are 19ish weeks, some are just now laying their first eggs. This was a smaller egg, it could have been one of the first few laid by that duck. We have 9 ducks so I'm not sure who's laying what!! To my knowledge they haven't been stressed, they're pretty happy sweet ducks but I'll keep that in mind and see if there's any of them that seem off.

Ok, it is probably because they just started laying. They are working out their reproductive system. I wouldn't be worried unless you are consistently getting them.
