What's up with me and these banana peppers??

wow. The only time I ate banana pepper like that was when I was pregnant with my son. But your not pregnant so, wow.

I do crave them still every now and then, and I was told by my doctor it was because I was needing more vitamin C.
 
I just googled why I am craving pickled banana peppers ALL THE TIME and this link popped up. I eat them on just about everything! Rice and gravy, spaghetti, lasagna, pizza, sandwiches, and ABSOLUTELY with white beans! I’m from Louisiana and it goes soooo good with the Tasso and andouille I cook with the navy or red beans 🤤😍👏. Mostly I make a bowl of them, with the juice, and eat them like that and drink the juice!!! I go through a large jar from Costco AT LEAST every two weeks, if I don’t run out before that!
