Whats up with my chick

I have a 4 day old lavender Orpington that I hatched a few days ago and it's starting to do this loud "bee bee boo bee bee boo" sound and raising its wings up. His poops are mucusy looking and runny. I cleaned his booty and put him back. All the other chicks are fine so I don't think it's a temp problem. Could it be something internal?
