Okay, I keep looking at the pics of first day v current.
His comb still looks A LOT lighter to me...
I could be wrong but I'm just saying that can be an indicater of anemia or parasites...
It makes me think he's not getting enough out of his food ie crop/digestive problem or internal or external parasites etc.
You could try to separate him, maybe bring him in the house and give him some TLC and see if he perks up.

All righty. I really appreciate all your help.
So I can bring him in the house, not tonight but I can get it set up tomorrow and when the rest of the girls go in I'll bring him in he house. Should I just add antibiotics to his water? He is a little bigger then a bantam an I wouldn't be overdosing would I? And is there anything I can do for his comb? Is that how you get rid of parasites with antiobiotics?

I haven't had to use antibiotics yet.
I keep them on hand just in case.
I think using antibiotics too much is not a good idea and I am allergic to many of them myself so I don't want them in the eggs.
No, you don't get rid of worms with antibiotics, you need to go to the feed store and ask for wormer.
I have Wazine, it is an 8 oz. bottle and it cost me $10.
2 oz. treats 100 birds. You can break down the formula to a smaller dose depending on your needs.

For your little rooster, when you bring him in... give him a quiet, safe, and warm place to be...
some liquid vitamins in his water,
scrambled eggs,
plain unflavored yogurt wouldn't hurt.

Good luck and let us know how he does
