Whats up with Seramas?

Everybody says Seramas don't have a standard color, but is that just in another country or something? My 2014 Bantam Standard says

WHITE AMERICAN SERAMA

No other colors listed.

Also it says American Serama so I figured in other country's there must be no standard color. Is that true? Thanks.
