What's up with the feathers on my chicken's head?

Can someone tell me what's going on with this chicken? She seems to have lost the feathers on her head, and I'm not sure if she is just molting ( we did have a very cold snap followed by a very warm period),

or if someone has been picking on her in the flock. Any thoughts? The others have not lost any feathers that I can see.

The girls were all born in April 2015. So they are less than a year old.

Looks like she might be having a partial molt.

do you have any roosters with them ?? if so I can be the rooster's being a little mean/ruff when mating I have one hen and the back of her head is bare not sure if she is slow in running or just "easy"

Looks to me like a partial molt. Had 2 of my April 2015 hatched birds do a mini molt this fall. Hope that is all it is, good luck!
