What's weirdest thing you have ever eaten?

I promise you are not missing a thing. My hosts in Malta when I visited it took me for a traditional meal and this was part of it. I can at least now say I've tried it and never have to do it again

Yes! Fishy chicken.

Was long ago, I was very young. As I recall lots of beer involved. They told me it taste like chicken.

I no longer partake in the suds or fishy frog legs.

Weird as in "rare for someone in my demographic", probably rabbit. Don't really recall anything special about it.

Sushi's a tricky one. People get stuck on the "raw fish" part and don't give it a chance, even though such a tiny fraction if it is actually raw fish. Having a good experience with quality sushi your first time out helps. Or some place like a conveyor belt sushi joint, to add some fun to the experience.

I've never had sushi but love cold, salty, raw oysters. I will say the first human who ever ate one was truly hungry.

I've had oysters. not a fan. Reminds my way too much of a horrible draining head cold.
