What's with this chick? Bruise on beak?

I noticed my runt has one nostril that's darker than the other. At first I thought they'd been pecked, but closer up it doesn't look like blood. Anybody seen something like this before?

I've never seen anything like that. It might be the chicks' natural coloration, but could also be a medical issue. I would try not to bother it until a diagnosis. Good luck!
