whats wrong with adeles ear

i have had adele to the vet and taking her back friday the vet put her on some antibiotics but still there.... Help I not want to loose her.

It looks like a swollen ear from an ear infection which can be bacterial or from mites. It would help to clean it out with some peroxide and QTips. Neosporin Ointment into the ear canal may help. Here are some links to read, and look at Dawg53's advice especially:
