Here's a weird one. Zoom in?
I can’t say that I have seen that before in pictures or in my chickens. Is there anything unusual about the skin on the neck or the body?
I saw when I zoomed in. I was asking @Eggcessive to.Here is zoomed in pic

Waddle? Or bottom comb, neck and body look pretty normal. Both barded rocks have it. Wyandotte seems fine
If both Barred Rocks have it, it may be something genetic, hard to know. Both barded rocks have it.
For me, I'd leave them alone, but if you feel you need to put something on the comb, apply just a very thin amount of A+D ointment or Vitamin E oil to the combs. We've had them a few years, received them vaxed as chicks. They acting normal. Seems like they need lotion or something
