What's wrong with her eye

What's up with her eye. Her eye was goopy when she was a chick like she got pecked or something. It cured up and has been fine for about 2-3 months now and then this. Any idea what it could be. I wiped it down with warm water this morning. It's goopy and a little bubbly.

Looks like a respiratory infection.
Bubbles and discharge in the eye could be Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG).
Does she present with any other symptoms like sneezing, coughing or discharge from the nostrils?

If you haven't done so, separate her from the others, most respiratory illnesses can be easily transmitted.
Flush the eyes with saline, try to get any pus out, Vetericyn eye gel, Terramycin eye ointment. Further treatment with antibiotics may be needed to treat any secondary infections.

No other symptoms. Other than the eye thing she's perfectly fine
